Shipping policy

We use the United States Postal Service to ship all of our packages. Shipping charges are based on total weight of order including packaging materials and will be displayed during checkout. 

All orders will ship out within 2 business days. Orders weighing under 13 ounces are shipped via First Class mail and generally take 1-3 business days to arrive. Orders weighing over 13 ounces are shipped via Priority Mail and will generally arrive within 1-2 days. These shipping and handling times exclude weekends and holidays. Please allow for some delays due to COVID-19.

For wholesale orders, the best shipping carrier will be chosen based on final weight and value.

Currently, shipping is provided only to those located within the United States.

Our website is not currently set up to accept APO addresses; if you have an APO address, please use the contact tab at the bottom of our website for a shipping quote. Note that shipping times for APO address will take much longer than average.

During the warmer months, we ship out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This is to lessen the chances of your package getting stuck in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend and thus melting before arriving to you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

If any of your items arrive damaged due to mishandling or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately at brit@cherrypitdesigns.com. Please include photos of any damages.
